interiors of the hotel have been given a careful ethnic look

Restaurant in the Hotel Tashi Gang
The Tashi Gang bar is well-stocked to give you a wide
selection to relax with when you return in the evening, tired
after the day’s sojourns. For a change, you can try our local
brew, Chang-a smooth, sweetish drink made from fermented
millet, and served in a traditional wooden container. You sip
the drink through a slender bamboo straw called pipsing. The
Nomely restaurant serves Indian, Continental, and Chinese as
well as Sikkimese cuisine. Here you can try the delectable
Sikkimese preparation of Stinging Nettle Soup and Mountain
ferns cooked with yak cheese.
